Yes — always. We’ll visit your space, walk the project with you, and give you a detailed written estimate at no cost or obligation. We don’t do ballpark quotes over the phone.
It varies by project type and season. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are typically 4–8 weeks out. Custom builds may have a 3–6 month lead time. Contact us and we can give you a current timeline.
Yes. Apex Built holds a Minnesota Residential Building Contractor license and carries full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We’re happy to provide certificates on request.
Yes — permit pulling and inspection coordination is included in our scope. We handle all the paperwork so you don’t have to chase the city. Final inspection signoff is part of our closeout process.
We typically work in three draws: one-third at contract signing, one-third at rough-in completion, and one-third at final walkthrough sign-off. Larger projects may use a milestone-based schedule.
Our core crews — carpentry, tile, and project management — are all Apex employees. For specialty trades (electrical, plumbing), we work with a small group of licensed partners we’ve used for years. No random subs from a board.
